By creating an account or using Evaluu, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Evaluu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Evaluu is an AI-powered personal property management platform that helps you catalog, value, and sell your belongings.

Features include AI item recognition, market valuations, marketplace listings (eBay, StockX, Etsy, and others), AutoPilot selling automation, and portfolio management.

Evaluu is provided on an 'as is' basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Evaluu. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

You agree to use Evaluu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use Evaluu to list, sell, or describe items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited by any connected marketplace's policies.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.

You may not use automated tools to access Evaluu in a manner that exceeds normal usage or imposes unreasonable load on our systems.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

When you connect a marketplace account (eBay, StockX, Etsy, etc.), you authorize Evaluu to create, update, and manage listings on your behalf.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, compliance with each marketplace's policies, and fulfillment of any sales.

AutoPilot automates listing and pricing decisions based on rules you configure. You acknowledge that automated actions carry inherent risk and Evaluu is not liable for unintended listings or pricing errors.

Evaluu does not take a commission on your sales. You are responsible for all marketplace fees charged by third-party platforms.

AI-generated valuations and market prices provided by Evaluu are estimates only. They are not appraisals, guarantees of sale price, or financial advice.

Evaluu makes no warranty that valuations are accurate, complete, or current. Market conditions change rapidly.

Do not rely solely on Evaluu valuations for insurance, legal, tax, or financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional for those purposes.

Evaluu offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Evaluu, including photos, item descriptions, and inventory data.

By uploading content, you grant Evaluu a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

We do not use your inventory data to train AI models or share it with third parties without your consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.

Evaluu and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sellable Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Evaluu platform without our prior written consent.

Evaluu is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evaluu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Evaluu shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use Evaluu ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
