Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile details you choose to provide, such as your name.

Inventory data: Items, photos, descriptions, and valuations you add to your portfolio are stored on your behalf to power the Evaluu service.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to maintain security and improve the service.

Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. Evaluu does not store your credit card number or banking details.

Communications: If you contact us or submit feedback, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and improve the product.

To provide and operate the Evaluu service, including AI-powered valuations, marketplace listings, and portfolio management.

To send transactional emails such as subscription confirmations, payment receipts, and account notifications.

To send periodic engagement emails such as monthly portfolio summaries and value alerts. You can opt out at any time from your account settings.

To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share data with trusted service providers only as necessary to operate the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Evaluu and its users.

If Evaluu is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.

Access: You can view and export your data at any time from your account settings.

Correction: You can update your profile information and inventory data directly within the app.

Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Go to Settings → Delete Account.

Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing and engagement emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or from your account settings.

If you are in the EU or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. Contact us at anthony@sellableapp.com to exercise these rights.

Evaluu uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We do not use cross-site tracking or sell your browsing data to advertisers.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256.

Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users and authorized Evaluu personnel only.

We perform regular security reviews and follow industry best practices. For a full overview, see our Security page.

Evaluu is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material.

Your continued use of Evaluu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
